Terms for using BUEXAM

By accessing or using BUEXAM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

These Terms apply to the BUEXAM product and may be revised as the service, billing model, or institutional agreements evolve.

BUEXAM is an independent practice platform for IELTS Academic, BUEPT, and TOEFL iBT. Practice feedback helps you prepare; it is not an official result.

Features, content, and availability may change as the product evolves. Practice stays scoped to the active exam track.

Access depends on the exam track and your eligibility:

• BUEPT access is available through the student pathway for Boğaziçi University students and through the applicable access plan for other users, as described on the Access page (/pricing) and the BUEPT page.
• IELTS Academic is offered for student practice and institutional use.
• TOEFL iBT is planned as a later-phase preparation track and is not yet offered for practice.

Paid plans, institutional seats, and invoices are binding only after prices and commercial terms are shown and you confirm a paid commitment.

You are responsible for activity on accounts you open on your device. Keep your credentials and shared devices under your control.

We may suspend access that appears abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to the integrity of practice content.

You agree not to:

• Upload or redistribute copyrighted official exam materials or exam-body branding assets.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or bypass access controls.
• Misrepresent BUEXAM scores or feedback as official BUEPT, IELTS, or TOEFL results.
• Use the product for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

BUEXAM practice content is synthetic preparation material created for learning. Platform branding, UI, and original content are owned by BUEXAM or its licensors.

Exam names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to describe what BUEXAM prepares for. See the Disclaimer for affiliation limits.

Any score, band estimate, diagnostic, or mentor-style comment on BUEXAM is unofficial practice feedback. It cannot be used for admissions, placement, visa, or employment decisions.

Treat feedback as a coaching signal — not a substitute for an official test session.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect scoring alignment with official exams, or fitness for a particular admissions outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BUEXAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or reliance on practice feedback.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for subsequent use. Material commercial changes will be shown before paid commitments.
